Stereolab – Fed Up With Your Job

Stereolab continues their productive 2025 with a double A-side single featuring “Fed Up With Your Job” and “Constant and Uniform Movement Unknown.” The release follows their comeback album “Instant Holograms on Metal Film,” their first in 15 years, which dropped in May to widespread acclaim.

“Fed Up With Your Job” delivers the band’s signature twinkly, sleek approach with breezy riffs that coast through its runtime. Meanwhile, “Constant and Uniform Movement Unknown” floats with more ominous undertones, showcasing Stereolab’s range for creating contrasting moods. The pair complement each other well, demonstrating why the band remains masters of avant-pop after all these years.

Fans can grab copies exclusively at their North and South American tour dates, which kicked off September 13th in Nashville and runs through Mexico City in mid-November.

The tour marks a sprawling trek that includes two nights each in Brooklyn, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Mexico City, plus shows across the American South, West Coast, and into South America. European dates follow in December, with additional UK and Ireland shows in February 2026.
